Democratic



Displays strong concern for the people, both personally and appearance

job.

Assigns clear tasks for the people, in order to be covered by your

responsibility.

Create a strong sense of solidarity.

Shared decision making.



This means that the rulers of the people require the participation of the inhabitants of this town and the mayor shared ideas to make the people say, whether right or wrong.



a) Order. - When call society is not motivated and does not have the knowledge to

perform the task.

b) Persuade. - The town begins to acquire the knowledge, but not motivated

to perform the task.

c) Participate. - When the people has, to some degree, the knowledge and

motivation to perform the task.

d) Delegate. - people are already motivated and have the skills to

perform the task.
